Every summer, my family would pile into the car and take a tour of New Jersey's best cold treat spots, each with its own unique flavors, neighborhood charm, and warm memories. Those afternoons spent at local stands sparked a dream in us—a dream to one day share that same joy with other families.

Today, that dream came to life as my wife and I opened our very own Italian ice food trailer. After months of planning and late nights crafting flavors, we finally rolled into our first spot, decorated with bright colors and a menu bursting with classic favorites and some new twists. It felt incredible to open the window, see that first smile, and hand over our signature scoops to the community. Our little trailer is ready to spread the joy of Italian ice, one cup at a time, to kids and parents alike.
